[Newt has certainly gotten much better with the device technology since his arrival. No fumbling, no odd framing this time. Instead he's trying to be rather professional as the camera comes on to send out the broadcast.]
Greetings, Wonderland and a good day to you. After the recent event with the space station, I found myself still in possession of a rather delightful creatures called a pyjack. I can't help but be curious if I'm the only one that found myself housing a space creatures.
Actually I'm curious about any creatures any might be caring for here in Wonderland. It is rather my area of expertise and I'm curious if any would be willing to let me observe and study their pets and creatures that I might continue my work here. Thank any and all for even considering this.
Which leads me to my second point today. In studying my pyjack, I've learned that they, or at least this one, seems to have a desire for obtaining bits and pieces of technology. I've no idea what most of them go to not having a knowledge of what most consider modern and advanced technology. If you're missing anything of the sort, there will be a basket outside of 926 on the ninth floor. I do apologize ahead of time, and please feel free to let me know if you are missing anything and I can try and check around for things.
Again, thank you all for your time.

huh. you got to keep something from there too?
[Which really begs the question of whether all of that actually was real.]
[And it shows in his bright smile, the way he keeps glancing off camera, likely tracking the creatures.]
Does that happen often? Might I ask what you kept?
uh, well. friend of mine managed to get a plant back to wonderland. thought that was kinda just a one-off thing, since he's got methods. but uh. then i realized i'd kinda...accidentally checked out a holographic star chart from the archives and...never returned it?
[He chuckles a bit.]
not looking forward to those library fees.
Well then, that is quite the find. [And not entirely realizing he means he may have stolen it, but Newt wouldn't have minded. He laughs at that though.]
Better than me walking away with what might be someone's pet.
[Absolutely not.]
yyyyeah, heh, that would be unfortunate. it kinda begs the question of whether all that stuff was actually real.
[Newt always does enjoy talking to new people.]
Or they manifested the items like the closet does. How would we ever know which it was?
[He shrugs.]
no real way of knowing, i guess. i'm not gonna stress myself thinking too hard about it.

Sure. I've got four of them, but they're all girls. Um. I had a lot more before though, because they kind of... breed a lot... really fast...

So that isn't merely a rumor? I've never had experience with that. I could see then keeping only one sex then. Did you keep them before this place as well?

Is that any pet or just the unusual ones?
[He bends down to scoop up the saddest cat ever and then adjusts the phone so Newt can see her better. She's purring, acting quite happy.]
Looks like I mistreat her, but I promise she's always looked this way. Name's Sugar.

[And then the cat is picked up, and Newt just stares for a long time, his expression touched and a bit in awe.]
What a precious darling. She's quite adorable, and the name suits. [Coming from a guy who named his pyjak Andy though, who knows what that means.]

I'm not sure. What are cats like where you're from?
[He pauses, moving towards his door.]
Why don't we meet up somewhere and you can meet us both in person?
no subject
I would like that. Quite a bit. Where would work best for you?
[Even as he asks, he's grabbing his jacket he often wore - it held his wand, after all - and headed for the door. Andy perks up, moving to follow in his wake.]

[He could meet Sugar and then she could play in the grass. If she wanted. Sometimes she preferred to lay around.
Bucky tucks a few of her fuzzy ball toys and treats in his pocket, taking a bottle of water with him in case she gets thirsty. He lets Sugar follow behind him at her own pace until she gets fussy and he has to pick her up. He's a little slower getting there, so Newt beats him.]
Hey. [He lifts the grey cat in his arms.] This is Sugar and I'm Bucky. Nice to meet ya.
no subject
[Newt is certainly already there, a bit overdressed as he tends to be with his jacket on. Nearby there's a creature dangling from a low hanging branch, using his tail to dangle there, watching the world.]
The pleasure is all mine, Bucky, and to you as well, Sugar.
[Smiling as he took in the kitten and how pretty she was.]
I'm Newt, and hanging about over there is Andy. I acquired him at the space station and he seems content to stay.

Oh. Oh my. Have you heard anything about where it might have come from?
( video )
I'm not sure, but I think someone might've been keeping it as a pet?
( video )
[It's probably not the best of reactions that Newt sort of perks up at that.]
I wonder then what becomes of such creatures should people leave, or lose control of them.
[A large creature might get out of control, after all.]

[Nope, he doesn't get that reference.]
