The location of this place s imprecise enough that I can only give probably certainty at best. But I've followed the same method of transportation that was utilized by a friend. It stands to reason that taking the same path ought to lead to the same destination.

Your logic is flawed. Same method of transportation isn't the same thing as same path, especially if you didn't know where you were headed. What was your method of transportation? Mostly the only method of getting here is if the dimensional pocket or whatever entity controls it chooses to teleport you here.
