[Magnus turns on his device and before he shows himself he pans over a table (one that looks very well carved though not entirely finished yet) that is covered by many carved wooden ducks. As it pans across the room to show off the ducks, all of his carpentry tools can be seen scattered about and the room is absolutely covered in sawdust.]

[He turns the camera back toward himself, looking like he hasn't gotten a lot of sleep over the last few days since the event has ended. Though you know what he's gotten a lot of?]

[Duck carving.]

So I may have started stress carving once I got access back to my tools. Anyone want a wood duck? They're kinda my specialty.

Also, if anyone else noticed a broken table in the library from this weekend, I'm working on replacing it with a new one since I may have broken one of them during the event. Though the one I'm making is gonna be a lot sturdier than the last, so really I did everyone a favor by breaking that table.

[Because that's the important part to focus on. Not the fact that he broke it in the first place and certainly not why he broke the table...]

Anyway, I'm on the third floor if anyone is interested.

Yeah, I can make all sorts of things. And if it's something I haven't made before, I'm sure I can figure something out. It'll give me a challenge.

Awesome. Would make my place... no, not less tree house. More so. It needs it. I'll totally be by then.

Also, I would need two things, and I would totally find a way to pay you back. I was thinking about one for this one friend, but then I had another idea.

So like one would be a pig, if you can do it, and I can totally draw Waddles for you and everything. [Because that would be totally cool for Mabel.]

But also I need a larger duck. Like about this high... [Indicated with her hand moving down beyond camera view.] And he'd have on a deerstalker hat. Because I totally want to sneak a ducktective into Mr Pines room, and into Dipper's. Because that would be totally cool.

[She's excited about this, and with all the place has thrown at everyone lately, she needs it.]

I'm not too worried about payment, since there isn't really any currency here that I can tell.

I can do a pig, for sure. And if you want it to look like a specific one, yeah I'll take that drawing so I can try to get the details right.

[If he's gonna make a pig for someone, he wants to make sure he does it right and carves the correct pig.]

I'm already making a ducktective at a smaller scale, so yeah once I figure that out I'm pretty sure I can make it bigger for you. So yeah, I think I can do all that for ya.

Well, there has to be something I can do. Maybe during an event or something. This place gets crazy, you know?

Well, Waddles was pink and round and I can do a sketch.

[Because that totally describes all pigs, right? Or a lot of them.]

Whoa, someone already asked for one? Was it a girl with braces in brightly colored clothes and glitter?

Yeah, guess it depends on the event. I keep hearing sometimes they're not all bad...but all the ones that have happened while I'm here have been garbage.

Pink and round...it's a good start.

[To be fair, yes that does cover a lot of pigs.]

No one with glitter, just a very enthusiastic little boy.

I've been here six months, I guess? All of them have been garbage. Even the one that started out cool? It was the worst in the end.

Don't trust them. It's not just ruining our lives, it's making us think they're okay and then making them worse.

Oh. Huh. I bet it's because the twins showed the shows during their birthday party.

So even the "good" ones have a catch? That's not really that surprising, seeing this place's track record. And seeing what this place has thrown at us the last two months, I don't think I'd easily trust anything this place has to offer.

[Cause something that makes him relive the deaths of his wife and loved ones (and twice already) is not something he's super chill with.]

Whatever it is, it's a popular choice.

Yeah. Like a great time at a ski lodge turned into a blizzard and avalanche. People died. So yeah, even the good ones have a catch.

Problem is, sometimes we don't have the choice but to try and trust something. Or many just some of them.

[At least it's how she feels, even if she's not sure who or what to trust. Not entirely.]

You should totally watch the show! It can be cool. I mean, not amazing but cool.
