The database is ready. I will be distributing it on individual flash drives today.

If your character requested a copy but you don't tag this post, no worries! Just assume she left the flash drive wherever your character told her to.]

[OOC: The database is based on Kirigiri's notes, which are available here. ~~I haven't updated it to add any information from the recent event yet (I'll be working on that this weekend), but it is all technically included in the copy she's distributing ICly.~~ Never mind, it should be up to date now.]

I am where I'm needed. Quite a new thing for myself to need something and be somewhere for my own purposes.

[ Oh shut up you cryptic fuck. ]

[ There it is again, that deep laugh. Zacharie sets down his oversized bag, digging around until he pulls out something that looks like a carnival ticket that lets you ride things that are probably unsafe. ]

Now, I'm not one to take things without some form of payment, not if I am to stay true to my nature and foster an atmosphere of fair exchange in Wonderland. This should be adequate payment for your troubles.

[ He holds out the ticket. It's a bit of a gamble--he doesn't even know what is on the flash drive, but it could be something valuable. Something he needs. And if it's not, well, losing a Luck Ticket isn't the worst thing in the world. ]

[Kirigiri tilts her head and takes the ticket, look it over.]

What is it?

A Luck Ticket. Merely will it, and you'll find yourself having a much brighter day or have any minor injuries repaired!

[Kirigiri looks from the ticket to Zacharie's masked face, then back.]

This is an item from your world?

A healing item, to be exact. Merely will it and all minor wounds will be no more.

I see.

[Kirigiri looks at it for a moment, then nods and slips it into her pocket. She withdraws a USB drive and holds it out to him.]

I didn't expect anything in return, but thank you.

[ Casually stuffing the USB into his non-existent cleavage. ]

I know some prot... people are the type to take and take. Granted, they often repay their goods with some specialized services--destroying ghosts, for example. But I'm finding it a little easier to simply exchange items. It benefits both parties.

[ And even side characters need shit. ]

Have you found that people here have much of value to offer?

One woman brought me something that caught my eye, but our transaction is currently on hold. Cautious shopping is perfectly welcome as I'm confident that my items are always worth their price.

You, however, are the first to offer something digital. [ He pats his chest where the flash drive presumably resides. ] For future reference, I'm always on the lookout for interesting and unique forms of currency. Technology, information, assistance, items unique to other worlds.

I will keep that in mind. What do you have to offer aside from these luck tickets?
