01 ♛ video
[ the video feed starts, and lydia's not paying attention; in fact, she'd been using the darkened screen of her device in order to check the status of her lip gloss and mascara. the latter is slightly smudged underneath one eye, as if she's recently been crying, but it's the only sign of any distress as she quickly plasters a different expression on, mouth pouting slightly. ]
I would like to state, for the record, that this is ridiculous. Absolutely, completely - ridiculous.
I mean, they say that the first part of debunking a hallucination is to acknowledge its total lack of infallibility.
Or something.
Besides, the whole 'waking up in Wonderland' cliché? So tired.
[ she pauses, eyes narrowing, and stares a little more intently at the camera, as if silently daring someone to challenge her.
and then she sighs, quietly, the camera panning to the rows and rows of books behind her - several of the titles in different languages - before the feed cuts out. ]

video;
Anyway, I'm not a hallucination and you really are in Wonderland.
video;
So that makes you the welcome wagon?
video;
I could probably answer most your questions, I've been here for a few months now—I'm Elsword, by the way. Els is fine too!
video;
- this thing wouldn't happen to come with a Facebook app, would it?
video;
... Er, what's a face book app?
video;
What do you mean, what's - never mind. I'm guessing it doesn't come with anything as helpful as a map, either, because what would be the point? Why make it easy?
video;
video;
[ wandering she can do. although she's not exactly comfortable with the concept. ]
Wait, this - did you say this side?
video;
You're lucky, you just missed everyone being stuck over there. It's a really creepy place.
video;
How creepy are we talking?
video;
Also, there's a room that gives you headaches.
video;
[ because there's a whole lot about this place right now that's probably going to cause a seismic migraine. ]
video;
But, you don't have to worry about that right now. This side is much less creepy, even if it's still kind of weird.
video;
video;
The closets give you whatever you want, so it's not that bad here. The bad part is that no one can leave willingly... but we're all working on that! So don't worry about it.
video;
Did you say - closets?
[ insert a slowly growing smile. suddenly she's less concerned about the inability to leave part. ]
video;
[though he doesn't really get why that makes her so happy...]
Girls are weird.
video;
and she'll just pretend he didn't say the last part. ]
And where - would those closets be?
video;
Any room. It doesn't matter, unless it already belongs to someone, but most of them are empty. You can just pick one and keep it and have a closet all to yourself.
video;
I'm failing to see the downside of that.
