She's my assistant. Brings me coffee, makes sure I eat and not get lost, That sort of thing. In exchange she's getting college credit and valuable contacts for her career. And she helped save the world, so there is that.

[They've talked only once but Kate's aware enough who Foster's talking about. But it's more the idea of someone going missing that bothers her more than Darcy being gone.]

Does that sort of thing normally happen here?

Yeah, I haven't gotten her to pick up her phone and I haven't seen her since breakfast. Or was it dinner last night? Somewhere in there. But the point it, I haven't seen her in hours and I haven't ever had trouble getting her to answer her phone. Someone told me she was gone, but I doubt that's the case.
