[Video/Text] 1st Sunrise

[Hey, look, there's a wolf over here! She's sniffing at the device, and her nose accidentally turns on the video. Ammy gives it a curious look, having never seen technology like this before. She presses something, and now it's suddenly dual-screen, as if to see both her and text. Surprisingly, the wolf starts writing.]

This certainly isn't where I should be! Is this strange land part of Nippon?

[There's confusion and doubt evident in her eyes. If this is a trick of Yami's, she wouldn't be surprised. This place has a different scent from her world's.]

Also, is there food here? Peaches, apples, cherry cakes?

[This question seems to perk her up a little, her tail wagging gently.]

[She wags her tail lightly.]

I'll meet you there, then.

[It doesn't take long for Ammy to sniff out the kitchen. Wow, neat kitchen. She sniffs at everything with curiosity.]

[Souji's already started on the cakes, though they aren't ready yet. He looks up when she comes in and watches her sniff around. He doesn't speak until she seems to turn her attention to him.]

Hello. It won't take very long.

[Ammy wags her tail in excitement. Oh boy, oh boy!]

[Souji works on those quietly. Might as well get them finished first and let her enjoy them and THEN he can find out more.

It only takes about fifteen minutes before he has them ready and on a plate. He pauses and turns to her.]

Do you want to eat them at the table?

[The floor is totally fine. Tables get awkward with having a wolf body.]

[Souji sets the plate down in front of her and crouches to the side to see how she likes them.]

[Oh, man, these are delicious! Food has never tasted so good. Neither has it gone into her stomach so fast. When she's done, Ammy licks his face in gratitude. Hope he doesn't mind having a sticky face for a little while.]

[Souji smiles a little and hugs her around the neck loosely until she's done. Then he takes out his device and sets it in front of her on text mode.]

I'm Souji.

[Ammy uses her tail to write it out.]

I'm Amaterasu, but I like being called Ammy.

[He nods, then tilts his head a little.]

Like the goddess?

[Ammy simply nods. She's happy that there are some who still know her name, though!]

Has anyone answered your questions about this place?

I haven't been told where we are. Someone else informed me about the events and mirrors.

[He nods.]

The name of this world is Wonderland. It seems like it's not directly connected to any one world.

Then we're a long way from home, indeed. What is there to see in Wonderland?

The mansion, the gardens, the forest, and the ocean. It's foggy down there now, though. [Not that he minds.]

I'll have to visit when the fog clears up. What do you think of this place?

...I'm glad to have met the people I have here.

No. Most of the time, it's alright here.

What is the Japan you came from like?

Then I'll make the most of my stay, here.

Japan? My country is called Nippon. It's beautiful, if you ignore the demons that roam around.

[Souji nods and doesn't bother to explain.]

What kind of demons?

Imps, pipe foxes, evil creatures that cause disease and suffering.

What of your world?

[He considers how best to explain for a moment.]

Most of the time we don't have things like that. There was a place that had them, and that place threatened everything else, but it was taken care of.

[She tilts her head.]
