She will not be intimidated by this… peculiar prison so easily. Sure, it may appear to be a comfortable mansion, but a place she is brought against her will is a prison no matter what it looks like.]

My name is Gamora. It looks like we are all prisoners here. I have no quarrel with you, but should you cross me, I will not hesitate to deal with you in ways you won’t enjoy. Let’s make that clear from the start.

[She is a captive, right? And she doesn’t know if the people here are hostile or not. She’s not about to let this turn into her last prison visit.]

This is not the first time I’ve been in a prison, though this one doesn’t look like the typical style I’m used to seeing. It’s far too… well, it doesn’t matter if it’s reasonably comfortable or not.

[The less sense it all makes the more irritated she gets.]

Who is in charge here? I demand to know why I've been brought here and where my crew is.

[Whoever is in charge is probably going to get punched or worse.]

This is a grand place. There are fancy things, and people do not know what it is to be truly trapped.

[ After the last event, Steve's not in the best shape. More simply put, he's a mess. He's made apologies where he can, but some of the people he targeted... he doesn't even know their names. Which makes tracking them down a more difficult task than he's up for at the moment.

Dodger has been his main source of company the past few days. Steve realizes that he shouldn't be withdrawing to this extent, but social interaction is something he'll have to ease back into slowly when he spent the better part of a week brainwashed. He doesn't have to explain anything to a puppy.

How did Bucky even get by at the beginning, after he came back to himself? Steve thinks the guy probably deserves a medal or something.

Still, he does eventually end up checking his phone while in the privacy of his room. There have been a few other green-skinned people around here before, though Steve hadn't known them. This woman, though... there are a few things that stand out. Steve remembers the name Gamora, and the mention of experience with prisons makes him relatively certain he knows who she is.

Only one way to find out. He sends a text, since he really isn't looking his best right now. ]

Is one of your crew someone named Rocket? Furry, carries a gun that looks way too big for him?

[The response in the form of a text is a bit suspicious, since it's not how she sent out the transmission. But the mention of Rocket gets immediate attention.]

Yes. Where is he? And who are you?

My name is Steve. I met Rocket here, he mentioned he had a crew that he ran with back where he came from.

[ At least Gamora here has no idea what happened last week. There's nothing to explain, no apologies to be made. It's easier than facing the rest of the mansion right now. ]

Not sure where he is right now, but he'll probably see your broadcast pretty soon.

[With both Rocket and Gamora here, this place really is starting to look like it's meant to be a prison.]

[She'll just go ahead and let Gamora know that. Normally, she'd ignore it, but hey, she used to be green, so maybe she's feeling nostalgic right now or something.]

You'll hear from them, but they don't have much to say besides announcing some sort of cryptic nonsense about the state of Wonderland.

[Even if she tells Gamora there isn't, Gamora isn't about to accept that as an answer.]

[Gamora isn't the first person of that particular hue that Dorian has seen since coming to Wonderland, but it's still uncommon enough that it catches him by surprise when he spots the video feed, though he has nice enough manners not to say so.]

I've yet to see our captors show themselves, though I'm told they don't often give particularly helpful answers when they do. I suppose that's to be expected, given their intent to keep us here.

[Despite his calm and completely sardonic appearance, Rocket is absolutely thrilled to see her. The problem is he is generally not good at showing his feelings. Fortunately, neither is Gamora most days.]

'Bout time you got here. They got so many green girls around here, I was thinkin' I'd have to replace you with one o' them.

[Oh it's the little fur ball. One she isn't going to appear so happy to see, but actually the feelings are completely mutual. It's good to see Rocket, even with all of his sparkling personality to greet her. Not that her own couldn't use some fine tuning.]

If my only asset was my coloring, I'm sure you would have.

[But one green Gamora is far deadlier than an army of green girls.]

[ So to speak. Literally, if they were to take a leaf out of Hook's book, but, as he remembers with a little sigh, Killian Jones is also gone. ]

What're the names of your crew? Some of them might be here.

Their names are Peter Quill, Drax, Rocket, and Groot. We were on board Quill's ship the Milano when I woke up here.

[ It's a lot of weird names. The word 'ship' has him assuming space, since she doesn't seem the stereotype of a seafaring pirate. ]
