[Pacifica's narrows her eyes while she stares at the screen. Calling her expression icy almost seems too mild. She's not having a good day, sorry. And she can't even use her own phone for this? That's so stupid.]

So, like, I don't know if this is just Gravity Falls type weirdness or something completely different, but honestly? I don't really care. Someone just tell me who I have to blame for all of this and make it quick. Because if I don't get home right now, I'll-- I'll sue them!

[She brushes some hair out of her face and crosses her arms, trying to look intimidating. Which is difficult when you're a twelve year old girl, unfortunately for her.]

This is a lot more exposition than he ever expected to give Pacifica, but if she's here, she'll probably run into Ford, and though he's... not sure she's actually paid attention enough to know how many grunkles Dipper and Mabel have, he should give her the benefit of the doubt and explain.] So, uh, his twin brother Ford has come back to our dimension. He's also in Wonderland, so you'll probably meet him.

[A beat. Maybe context will help.]

Right. Riiight, that guy, he was talking to me earlier? He told me some of that. I'm not sure I really get it, but then, I didn't even know Mr. Pines had a brother.

Whatever, honestly. I mean, it all sounds kind of complicated and my head already hurts from today. I'll just go with it.

Yeah, even in Gravity Falls the libraries don't carry mysterious handwritten journals. I found this hidden in a secret underground compartment in the woods.

There's a second reverse Wonderland on the other side of the mirror and it's populated by creepy doppelgangers who can see us and hear us but we can't see or hear them.

[You know what? Yeah. She wasn't prepared for that one.]

Sometimes they communicate by writing creepy notes on the mirrors. Or they trade places with us, but only when the Queen orders them to. Hope that doesn't happen because they pretty much all suck.

[A beat.]

Actually, Grunkle Stan's Mirror is really nice. It's... creepy.

Creepy evil twins. Or... creepy nicer twins, I guess? Either way, that is super freaky.

So there's a weird alternate version of me, too? Ugh... Ugh, okay, so not gonna think too much about that. Oh, this is totally gonna ruin mirrors for me, isn't it...

[Dipper knows the expression, but he already has a twin. And Mabel's mirror has made enough weird remarks about it that he's... touchy about it.]

Yeah, sorry. We mostly keep ours covered. And play music to try and make it harder to overhear.

Oh, uh, right. Copies? That works, right?

[Yeah that probably wouldn't sound okay to someone who actually is a twin.]

Right... Okay, I can do that. Definitely doing that. I don't really want a weird double spying on me.

Have you talked to your own weird mirror you?

Copies works. I usually go with doppelgangers. Or just Mirrors once that's been explained.

[He shakes his head.]

I've met Mabel's and she's met mine. It's... usually impossible to meet your own, though you can talk to them by writing on the glass. It was... she was... wrong.

[There's more than a little revulsion on his face even just thinking about it. He knows Mabel as well as he knows himself, maybe even better. Seeing her but not her was... something he hopes he doesn't have to do again.]

[She tries imagining that for a moment. Some kind of weird alternate evil Mabel. Okay, yeah, that's not a good mental image.]

I can't even imagine what that's like and I'm pretty sure I don't really want to. That's gotta be, like, near the top of the freakiness list.

Yeah. [He glances away, rubbing an arm uncomfortably. Pacifica is... maybe a friend? He's not totally sure. But still not someone he's entirely comfortable showing just how much that affected him.]

Anyway, other parts aren't so bad. Except the events. And the being stuck part. And did I mention the not aging thing?
