[When the video comes on, Shepard is outright laughing in absolute joy. She also doesn't look like she's anywhere familiar to anyone. The wall behind her is solid, and it looks like there's a seating space behind her, and it's... moving? The whole camera seems to be shaking a bit and there's a pervasive hum throughout, but she just looks more jazzed than anyone has ever been. She's muttering at first, but picks up when she's sure it's on.]

Alright, finally got signal-- So! When they said treasure, I was kinda expecting gold or literal gems, but this is way better. Check this out.

[The rumbling comes to a stop and Shepard climbs out, and slowly, the whole picture comes into view. Shepard stands in front of it, proudly.]

This is the M35 Mako. A fully armed battle tank. I haven't had access to one of these in a long time. [She's back to laughing while she talks.] I have no idea why this was down there.

Anyway-- comms are down, so I'm leaving this message here. I'm going back in with this. Anyone needs evac, let me know. I can cover a lot more ground with this thing.

... And hey, when this is all over, I'll be more than happy to show everyone how to make it do a kickflip.

How would you know where to find someone?

I don't, honestly. This thing has some heat signature tracking and I've mostly been following that. It's not precise, but if it helps someone, it helps someone.

Would you be willing to stop someone from getting out once they were in it?

... Yeah, if this is a matter of saving their life.

The tunnels keep pulling me down. Every time someone dies I end up further down there.

[A small pause.] And, ah, anything you can do to make it easier to find you? Close to anything identifying or something like that? Obviously the GPS isn't exactly working.

[Seeing as it's calibrated to, you know, outer space. And her universe.]

( She's never tried anything liked this before. But if the doors are locked she can't walk anywhere, unless she can unlock doors too. She has driven in a fugue state before )

I- ( There's a pause, then: ) You might want to cover your ears.

( And hurry, because this scream - her beacon - is going to be heard by darkspawn too )

[Ah jeez is such an understatement for what she can tell is coming, good god.]

( There's a small nod that Shepard can't see, and a small pause as Lydia readies herself - focuses before it happens. The scream is loud - louder than any normal cry for help would be, and it echoes - the sound resonating all over Wonderland. She just hopes that it works well enough as a beacon for Shepard )
