[Sam knows this isn't a dream, he doesn't have the imagination for it. What he doesn't know is where the hell he is and if anybody from home is here, too. He should play it cool right? Yeah, he should play it cool.]

So, I'm lookin' for a guy, well three guys. One's always on my left.

[Nice. Kinda cryptic, too. He's not much of a spy, but it might be enough to make Nat proud.]

The second guy's real small and no fun at picnics. [Even better.] Third, uh, likes birds? Might've been a bird at some point, it's hard to tell.

[There's a pause. He's gotten off track.]

And there's a girl. Sweet, has an accent, could kick your ass if she thought about it long enough. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about, cause I sure don't, hit me up.

[Here's to hoping they can crack that code.]

[Is that the voice of one Sam Wilson? Sure sounds like it. Also, his words kind of give it away too.

Wanda's accent sounds stronger than what Sam might be used to -- she hasn't had that year living in the US to work on speaking English with more of an American accent.]

Sam? Hi, I'm here. Though I should warn you that I might not remember as much as you do from home. [It seems that she is behind the rest of the Avengers.] But I do remember you. Obviously.

Wanda. [He's relieved. It's obvious in his voice and the expression on his face. Last he remembers of her Steve had just broken them out of the Raft. Nobody was doing okay.] You alright?

[Probably not if her memory is messed up, but he's gotta ask.]

Yeah, mostly. [Partial lie. When is she ever 100% fine?] I've been here since November, so just around two months. The last thing I remember from home... we were just starting to train, after Sokovia and Ultron. [Better give him an exact point in time, just in case he is drastically ahead of her too.]

Are you okay? [She hasn't been reading her teammates' minds here, a lot of focusing on keeping herself out of their heads (even though that does take a lot of focus to avoid accidental wanderings). And she isn't capable of using her powers over the network, so there's no way of her knowing now what he's been through or when.]

S'all pretty surreal, but I'm okay. [Unless this is all in his head. Doesn't feel that way.] Wanna meet me somewhere? Could use a friendly face.

[He was fine talking through a phone, but given the choice, he'd pick face to face.]

[Understandable, but it's good to hear he's okay.] Sure. We can meet somewhere public like the kitchen or bar here, or if you'd rather we can meet in one of our rooms. I'm not too picky. [She'll let the newer one choose the spot. That seems fair.]

[He approaches her as she comes into the kitchen. Was definitely Wanda.]
