text;
Back when I arrived (the first time), someone posted this. It was a lot of fun, so I thought I'd do it tonight. It's better than staring at this data and willing it to change.
Word association. Reply with the first word that comes to mind. No cheating.
To start us off: help.
[ ooc: threadjacking is not only allowed, but fully encouraged! go nuts, people. ]

[ Normally, she'd avoid his question. But since she somewhat showed her hand (literally) in Mick's post last month, the best she can manage is being vague. ]
DNA sequencing, metabolic rates, fluctuations and shifts in energy.
[text]
[It shouldn't have surprised him that that kind of research was going on.]
Is that what you studied at home?
[text]
[ That association would never go away. ]
It's part of my work back home, yeah.
[text]
[He would answer that way, as a typical teenager who was in high school.]
What about the data though did you want to change?
[text]
[ Because that's what her friends are for her. Her family. ]
The results. I know they're right, but I very much want them to be wrong.
[text]
[Aw, he would have rounded back to "friends" again when he saw that word. His friends were his family too. That word then was the closest thing he could think of as an equivalent that just popped in his head since they were still playing the game, after all.]
Redo the test again?
[text]
[ As in, a circle represents 100% of the whole. ]
I wish this was the first time I've done them.
[text]
[Since being whole to him meant all parts coming together. That was the universe.]
So don't publish the results?
[But multiple tests confirming the same data should mean publishing, but not if she didn't like them, he supposed.]
[text]
These results aren't for publishing. It's more personal.
[text]
[Not to get too math-based. Sometimes parallel lines was a good thing. The two lines ran side by side next to one another. But in another way, it was kind of sad that they would never cross and meet.]
Can someone help run the test again just in case?
[text]
I think I'm reaching the point where this just becomes the definition of insanity.
[text]
But if you realize you're insane, does that mean you really are?
[Just wondering too. But it did sound like she worked really hard at it no matter what it was. He could appreciate that. And he wished that didn't actually go insane since that couldn't be good.]
