If you could travel to any point in history, where and when would you go, and why?

Also, if you could travel to any point in your own personal history, your lifetime... Same questions.

Would you try to change anything?

You gotta put up with a repressed Englishman with bad leadership skills, but mostly you just sit on a space ship and the AI takes care of things.

It's a good deal, on the whole.
