Good afternoon, everybody! [Pearl glances at the clock in her room.] Oh dear. It's late.

...Anyways, some of you who went out today might notice that your rooms are...tidier than usual. I...may have gone on a bit of a cleaning spree earlier. And I may have swept the floors. And organised all of your things and made your beds and folded your clothes.

[The more she talks, the more her nervousness dissipates. Sure, complete invasion of personal space and boundaries aside, she totally did the right thing. They were going to be so grateful!]

I didn't steal or break anything, so don't worry! But really -- some of you are terribly messy. [She sighs.] Somebody had to do it. You're welcome!

Well, that's all! Have a good night.

[The feed cuts off.]

[ Well that answers THAT question... He hasn't even been here long enough to have made a mess! Now he's just embarrassed. She wouldn't know what room was his, most likely, but he can't help but apologize anyway. ]

[ He rubs the back of his neck before considering what to say next. Was this... person a being of Wonderland? Or a resident like he was? Well, either way it would probably be best to be polite. ]

[He's... not sure how he feels about this, actually. When he was far younger, people coming into his room and cleaning up after him was commonplace, but it has been a long time since he last expected anyone to tidy up his mess.]

[Nathaniel sounds vaguely almost-irritated, but he usually does, so that's really nothing new.]

Oh, don't worry about it. I'm used to picking up after somebody thousands of years old! Just put things away when you're done with them and stick to a laundry schedule, and everything will stay nice and clean.

And yeah, I so totally am messy. I didn't even know what to do with the sheets after I changed the bed, so under the bed they went. Which is better than my dad and brothers would have done it so...

I might have peeked into a book or two. [She couldn't help herself. She loved to read.] But no journals or diaries!

[How specific does she need to go, she wonders. Telling people that pearls are part of an oppressed servant class and made to carry out orders and clean isn't exactly her favourite way of making conversation. It's hard to revisit.]

But I liked having sawdust everywhere. Gave everything a homey feeling. I kinda dug the crunch between my toes.

[That and he just hadn't gotten around to finding a different room to set up his workshop. And his tools had just been thrown everywhere, but he knew where everything was dammit!]

[Though his axe did get polished and had a pleasant shine to it that he had never been able to manage before while cleaning various substances off of it.]

I will give you that Railsplitter has never looked so shiny before. So thanks for that, but not so much on anything else.

[Sans is at his hotdog stand when he sees this.] you...didn't break into my room, did you?

Being messy is what works for her. She’s a hoarder.

But I just can’t live with messes. I’d clean this whole mansion if it were dirty!

You must really enjoy cleaning... but hopefully it doesn't come to that. I heard this place is infinitely huge on the bedroom floors.
