To variations of worlds like mine.

How different are they?

Extremely. There's a few which have only minor differences, and others are completely unrecognisable. A few have gone through some apocalypse scenarios.

Did you go there on purpose or accidentally?

[araneidal]

Both. Sometimes it's accidental, occasionally there is a threat to neutralise.

Could neutralising a threat ever save an apocalyptic world?

There's always people. They find a way to survive.

[intelligently]

Surviving isn't always living. Not if there's still threats.

No, but you can't save everything all the time.

[intelligently]

It doesn't stop people from trying.
