[ Look who's fresh out of the mysterious gateway portals and figuring out the method to best meet everyone all at once, eh? One very energetic Overwatch agent at your service, entirely too excited to be staring into a camera lens at the world at large. ]

Right then, hellooo Wonderland! Tracer here! [ Her first two fingers touch her temple, a jaunty little salute punctuated with a giggle. ] This is brilliant, isn't it? Out of all the pickles I've found meself in or travels I've been on, I don't think I've ever seen a place like this!

[ So many oddities! Mysterious self-populating dinner plates, closets that spit out whatever's your fancy, creepy masked fellas with odds and ends for sale. She's loving it and it is very apparent on screen, this slight woman practically vibrating to get into some trouble. ]

So what's all there to do then? Baddies to fight? Spooky caverns to spelunk? Pub runs?

As long as it's an adventure, I'm there!

Spelunking?

[ a quiet sort of amusement seeps into her voice. iris west likes adventure herself, but tracer is officially the first person to sound so excited to be in wonderland. color her intrigued. ] I take that to mean you have some kind of world hopping experience?

More like time hopping? But if you subscribe to string theory it's kinda the same thing, innit?

[ She never did get through one of Winston's explanations. Tracer felt bad about it, but a body can only take so much quantum physics before your eyes glaze over and you gotta take a run to shake off the cloying fingers of boredom. ]

That's not too far off from what Wonderland is, I think. The pamphlet's kinda... vague...

[ iris has definitely heard barry mention string theory before. his face gets excited whenever he talks about science-y stuff. his nerditude is kind of adorable, even though she only understands half of it. maybe if she paid more attention, as well... ]

I think the pamphlet's meant to be a starting point. There's a lot of us who don't mind filling in the blanks.

[ Groan. You see, this is why she didn't feel the need to elbow in on Winston's or ol' Jack's territory; Tracer worked better with the information already in hand. The faster she could act, the faster she got acclimatized, the real hands-on way.

That and she was a wee bit too conspicuous for recon. Call it a character flaw. ]

Y'know, I'll find out plenty as it comes. 'Sides, I really wouldn't know where to start, except why I'm here I suppose? But I'm sure everyone's asked the same thing at one time or another.

[ Just lucky I guess!! There's an equal chance of Tracer being respectful as glib, and even then mostly it's both coexisting in the same tiny span. Much to the annoyance of her superiors. ]

Just an alias for Overwatch. Some of them don't feel the need, but, y'know, I thought it'd be fun. Heroes needing a name and all.

[ curiosity returns to iris' voice, a reporter through and through. besides, even if her job didn't require investigative skills, iris has a vested interest in heroes. ] As far as aliases go, Tracer is pretty cool. [ she briefly wonders what her alias would be if she needed one, hmm. ]
