[ Usually when Clint wants to think or be alone he heads for the tallest thing he can find, in Wonderland's case, besides trees, that would be the mansion roof. Only today he's found himself wandering down to the shooting range by the beach with his bow and quiver. He really needs to fix this place up.

It was weird, waking up that morning in a room he didn't remember for a moment. The last thing he remembered was Steve getting them out of the raft and then...well then he was a sixteen year old Hogwarts student. His memories came back slowly and then all at once. Wonderland. He wondered how long he was gone, it feels like he's missing time.

So he heads down to the shooting range to clear his head for a few hours and at some point in there he addresses the network. He figures someone might want to know he's back. ]

Uh. So I'm back, I guess? I mean I've been back, but we had that weird event and I didn't know I was back. Yeah. Back from a trip home. [ Now he knows what everyone has been talking about. They were right, he was probably better off not knowing. ]

Does anyone else miss flying on a broom?

[ He's about to turn the feed off but he pauses and looks back at the camera. ] Hey Rogers, just so you know, I still don't feel the need to punch you.

[ Then he ends the feed for good, going back to shooting his arrows at targets. ]

Of course you do. [ And its easy at first to forget that he's angry and to fall back into the banter they shared as teacher and student. But things aren't that easy not yet. ]

Do you ever? [ It's harsh and Clint almost regrets it. Almost. ] One question, Stark.

[Tony flinches. Yet again, he's glad he went with audio rather than video.]

Just one? [No, he supposed the others were accusations and harsh insults, not questions. He swallows thickly, and the tension might be obvious in his voice.] Shoot.

Did you know? [ Its the only thing Clint wants to know, actually. ] Did you know where they were sending us and did you know what they were going to do to Wanda?

[ Because that was the worst. He could handle it, Sam could handle it, Scott had already been in prison, but Wanda? Wanda was just a kid and she wasn't cut out for that. She didn't deserve that. ]

[Aaand there it was.]

No. I thought--... [He shrugs, but the only indication Clint has of that would be the sound of his clothing rustling.] I tried to get all of you to listen before it even came to that, remember? I'm not the reason you ended up there.

[Getting him heated up, are we, Barton? He bites it back, taking a deep breath.]

Can we not do this again? Right. You hate me. I get it.

You thought what? [ He's not going to let it go. ] I wasn't even involved in your accords, remember? I only came because Steve called. He said he needed me. And I came. Because that's what you do for teammates.

[ He lets out a breath. ] I don't hate you, you over dramatic ass. You know you're allowed to me angry with someone without actually hating them.

I thought they'd have more respect for Avengers. You're not murderers. You didn't cause anywhere near the destruction or death toll I have in the past. None of you deserved to be in there. I thought they'd hold you until this matter was resolved. But not... there.

You didn't have anything to do with the Accords, but you aided the guys that didn't. Before we even fought, I gave you guys an out. You didn't take it. You had to know you were breaking the law, Barton. You're not an idiot.

Could've fooled me. [But it was said without much strength behind it. Hearing Barton say he didn't hate him was a relief he didn't think he deserved.] I'm... I'm sorry you ended up there. All of you. Except what's-his-name. Don't know him. He can stay there. [For the love of god, was that humour? Maybe, just a little.]

[ Clint let out a breath, his anger draining out of him. Tony was telling the truth, he knew that- he knew Tony, whether Tony wanted to admit that or not.

He doesn't say anything for a stretch, shooting the target in the distance to let the tension drain out of him. ]

Natasha told me what happened. After you talked to Sam and left the raft.
