I'm getting real tired of getting dumped in strange places against my will. I don't like it.

[There's a low, dangerous growl of disapproval and the expression on Mick's face is not a pretty one. It's somewhat reminiscent of an angry bull. This was the second time in God knows how many days that Mick Rory has found himself stranded somewhere new and different, unsure what the hell is happening. It's not a good feeling. It didn't inspire much good will.

Though this is a definite improvement over the last place. For one, there's food. For another, he gets a free smart phone to yell at people over and voice his anger. Not bad. Though he did kind of think they went a little overboard with the white. What was with all the decorations anyway? This better not be like some low rent Christmas Town cause honestly, that sounded a lot like hell.]

You got five minutes to convince me not to torch this place to the ground cause I ain't in the mood to play nice right now. Somebody start talking. [The words come out as an angry snarl, teeth barred. He's not a happy bunny.]

[Look, it was enough to convince Kenzi that he shouldn't torch this place. That said, she doesn't look all that concerned about his snarling. In fact, that does look like the inside of a bar behind her and that is a drink she's lifting to her lips.]

It's just another stamp for your frequent kidnappee card. [Kenzi. Most people don't see that as a goo thing.]

[Personally he thinks third degree burns look good on anyone. He grumbles to himself, squinting at the screen because -- huh. That's interesting.]

Fifth floor. [Her grin suggests she likes you already grumpy man. Look she made friends with an irritable werewolf and plays poker with The Devil. This is nothing.]

Fair warning. They don't believe in elevators here but the booze is free so you'll never want to leave anyway.

Burns are beautiful. I'm sure you can make it work. Just accessorise a little, colour match it with some red. You'll do fine.

[He makes an interested noise in the back of his throat, cocking his head to the side. Mick likes no one right now, it's nothing personal, he's just kind of pissed. Being left to die by your best friend of several decades still kinda stings.]

I walk any amount of stairs for some booze. I hear it's free. There's a perk I don't mind.

[Her Best Friend is a Succubus, and even this is a little out there for Kenzi.]

Okay... or. I could just take your word for it. [Showing her flair for the dramatic with a wink and a finger pointing at the camera, before she picks up the drink she's been making herself and drains half of it without flinching.]

Oh yeah! Definitely makes this my fave kidnapping.

I'm not in love with it but the booze is a nice perk. Can't complain at that after where I've been.

Here and back home, there's always shit trying to eat me. At least here I come back, so. [She can relate, at least on a very messed up Kenzi level.]

So where have you been? [Sure hope you're not big o privacy there Mick, cause Kenzi? She likes to pry.]

[Fortunately he's feeling a lot less 'rawr clobber time!' right now after pounding the ever loving shit out of Leonard Snart but he's still touchy.]

[Kenzi showed up with the fae equivalent of the Plague so, she can relate to crappy beginnings in Wonderland.]

Just wait till you go to bed. [Context might have been extremely helpful right now, given Wonderland was in the middle of an event but she was running on fumes and whiskey so such things get missed.

I hear if I sleep, bad things are gonna happen. I don't need that shit, I got enough going on.

[He's heard that dreaming is bad but no one has told him why. Either way, he's not going to sleep. He's going to make sure he keeps himself out of that shitstorm. He's got a big enough one going on here.]

Bad? [She consider that for a long, hard moment.] Personally? I reserve bad for when things are trying to eat me. Right now it's more like Wonderception.

[Kenzi may have a habit of making up words.]

[Mick shrugs his shoulders. Whether or not it's nothing major, he's still a little uneasy. He doesn't like people messing around in his head.]

Yeah but this is like dreaming you're in an episode of the Brady Bunch. Disturbing on so many levels but less with the pant-wetting terror.

I don't know. The Brady Bunch is pretty disturbing sometimes. Never liked that show much, definitely don't want to enter a dream world like that.

[He pauses, considering if there would be a round two. Unlikely? Leonard got the message and Mick didn't feel like repeating that. As much as he'd wanted to do it, hurting Leonard didn't really make him feel great.]There won't be unless he decides to try something but you're welcome to come watch, just stay back and out of my way.

[Kenzi was loyal to her own detriment, though.]

That. Asshole. [Not that Kenzi is projecting or anything, no. She's not at all worried about exactly this thing happening to her. Nope.]

Did you like... think it might happened or were you totally blindsided by his douchery?

Mix of both. Though he's less a douche and more ... cunning? Clever? He's good at hiding what he thinks and sometimes I don't catch on so fast. By the time I know what's what, he's knocking me on my ass.

[Maybe he should have paid attention more or tried more. He has no idea. He just knows he messed up.]
