I'm getting real tired of getting dumped in strange places against my will. I don't like it.

[There's a low, dangerous growl of disapproval and the expression on Mick's face is not a pretty one. It's somewhat reminiscent of an angry bull. This was the second time in God knows how many days that Mick Rory has found himself stranded somewhere new and different, unsure what the hell is happening. It's not a good feeling. It didn't inspire much good will.

Though this is a definite improvement over the last place. For one, there's food. For another, he gets a free smart phone to yell at people over and voice his anger. Not bad. Though he did kind of think they went a little overboard with the white. What was with all the decorations anyway? This better not be like some low rent Christmas Town cause honestly, that sounded a lot like hell.]

You got five minutes to convince me not to torch this place to the ground cause I ain't in the mood to play nice right now. Somebody start talking. [The words come out as an angry snarl, teeth barred. He's not a happy bunny.]

[There's no moment wasted, but at least he remembers enough to keep it to voice instead of video. There's more than enough emotion in that voice, no need to see his expression, that packs entirely too much emotion, much more than he's comfortable with.]

[Just his name, but that's already too much. He stares at the screen and tries to process, his brain failing him when he needs to be calm and analytical.

[Look, it was enough to convince Kenzi that he shouldn't torch this place. That said, she doesn't look all that concerned about his snarling. In fact, that does look like the inside of a bar behind her and that is a drink she's lifting to her lips.]

It's just another stamp for your frequent kidnappee card. [Kenzi. Most people don't see that as a goo thing.]

We're all outta nice around here. How convincing is a punch in the face?

[ sleep is a rare commodity these days, so while normally faith at least attempts diplomacy it seems she's plumb out of it right now. ]

[This week has been weird as hell, with the weird dreamland trips that have kept Cisco more than a little on edge. More Rogues in the mansion doesn't seem like the best before-Christmas gift. Especially the angry arsonist one. This could end pretty badly, pretty quickly. Quick, think on your feet, Cisco!]

I'm not sure anyone likes being interdimensionally kidnapped. [Not helping, Cisco.] But there's free food and booze? [That'll help. Right? Nailed it.]

[ Everything about that guy's message screams "don't answer this." That's really all Maya needs for an invitation to answer it wholeheartedly. ]

Because if you burn it down, it'll just grow back? And then you'd have a lot of people over here being really mad at you for nothing.

[ The face Caitlin wears is similar to the one she gave him when she was strapped to a chair, when he held an open flame dangerously close to her cheek. Her lack of fear then had been nearly all bravado, an icy calm that she clinged to. Now? Now it's backed by irritation, lack of sleep, and fear of something bigger than him.

It's also backed by the ability to extinguish both flames and arsonist in one fell swoop. Her eyes flare a glowing icy white-blue, and there's the faint crinkle of breaking ice when she speaks. ]

No one really cares about your mood, Mick.

Because you'll just kill a bunch of people and the Mansion will be back to normal tomorrow.

[The brunette on screen doesn't bother with actual context for any of this. At least she's not one of those people with a lecture at the ready and from the edge of attitude coming from her? She's not exactly a fan of Wonderland herself.]

Plus, people don't stay dead. That might be one of the few things this place has going for it, but then you've got a whole bunch of no longer dead people, all looking to kill you.

[ Huh, well that's one way to say hello. ]

Who threatens to burn down a place with kids and animals inside? Or were you planning to evacuate everyone before getting super feisty and testing the definition of insanity with the whole rinse and repeat once this place puts itself back together?

Also... [ Don't mind her as she takes a sip of her coffee. She's not actually worried about him doing this because there are more than enough people around to stop him. Just gonna take all this in stride. ] Hypothermia isn't something I wanna deal with. [ And for good measure-- ] Do you need a cupcake? You look like you totally need a cupcake.

Honestly, please. By all means. Burn it down and salt the earth.

[By contrast, the child that responds to his message is perfectly calm. Still, they can't use video at the moment. Too many people are trying to find them.]

Please don't. The last person who tried that got in a lot of trouble.

[ between ray's eyes blooms a deep purple-red, but he forces his voice to sound chipper... ]

Burning everything isn't always the solution, you know. These trees are probably super flammable.

[ S'up. There's a kid on the network, coffee shop in the background, hot chocolate in his hand. He's got his own personal can of whipped cream, 'DUSTIN' sharpied on it. ]

You done this thing before? Was it wonderland, too?

[ hisssssss, and Dustin's pouring half of the whipped cream in the can into his drink. ]

[Instantly crying.]

P-Please don't set anything on fire! We don't have control over anything! A-and it's pointless since Wonderland repairs itseeeeelf!

[Mick will see a large talking bird.]

I already tried that. It didn't work.

[There was an event and Nageki emotions were going haywire, but he had attempted to burn down Wonderland.]

[Jesse gives him a little smile.]

Would asking nicely work?

[She's pretty sure it won't, but it can't hurt to try. She has reasons, too, but she's going to try this first.]

[Ah, he remembers this face. That trickster who tried to pull a fast one on him back at the Waverider. Eobard hates to admit when he gets conned, but he can live with his defeat when he got what he wanted in the end. So he'll allow a measure of respect.]

Frankly, there is no good argument to be presented. Go ahead and burn to your delight. Just be ready to live with any consequences.

[Dipper looks. So done. With everything. To be fair, at least part of that is exhaustion. Not getting real sleep for a few days will do that to you.]

Why are people always trying to burn things? Setting fire to a place has literally never helped anything ever. It won't get you out of here, it won't work, and on the off chance you succeed congratulations you get to sleep in the snow with the rest of us.

And especially stay out of the library with your pyromania. It's suffered enough!

[ There's a pause; he's rolling his eyes and letting out a soft huff before continuing. ]
