4th Bad Idea [Video/Action/Private Text]

(( ooc: If you'd like you can bump into him in the halls before or after the transmission. I'm up for all your mirror shenanigan needs, someone to attack/bully/hurt/befriend/whatever or your normal people shenanigans. ))

[ The video feed shows a teenager with a faded bruise, the bruise is healing a lot faster than his actual jawbone, which hurts like hell. When he talks it's obvious that he's slightly disgruntled by it. Attack Of The Wolfman hadn't ended too well for him. He'd spent an hour poking at the bruise when he'd first gotten it, making him even more insecure about his dumb face. He is however walking around the mansion hallways. ]

So, uh, is there anything that's working for getting people back to normal? Because I'm starting to think this couldn't get much worse. [ Isaac, you've watched enough horror movies to know not to say that. There's a moment when he chews on his lip in thought, eyes only flickering away from the feed for seconds at a time. ]

Why does it always have to be evil or weird stuff? Just once couldn't it just be like... a swarm of playful kittens or something? [ Puppies, kittens and ranbows for everyone? ]

Or y'know, a tropical vacation? ... Minus mosquitoes.

Hopefully you won't, considering he was just the first in a long train of really really shitty alphas. If it was up to me, he'd be dead for good this time.

[ He makes a face that might as well read "booo", sticking out his tongue, and starts walking down the hallway. ] Booooring. I wouldn't think you of all people as strong enough to hold them back. [ He thumps on his chest, merrily. ] He sure wasn't.

What happened to your face? [ Probably not with any concern. ]

I really wouldn't mind if he were dead again. [ He is... Unsure about you Mirror Stiles. Does he think you're a skeeze or is he okay with you....? ] So I guess we're both lucky he's not here.

[ He still doesn't know........ ] I don't know what happened, but, uh, I guess I am. [ Stiles, he doesn't want to touch that topic with a ten foot pole. ] He's not strong enough? [ Which is surprising because of all people, Isaac figured Stiles' will was the strongest. ]

I got punched. [ It's deadpan, enough but he is annoyed by the damn bruise and the fact that talking hurts. ] Scott was going to hurt Allison, I got in the way.

Tell me about it.

[ Stiles isn't really sure how he feels about Isaac, either. On the one hand, his real has weird feelings towards him, so it's probably fitting, but on the other hand, maybe there's some kind of beta camaraderie going on here. Isaac's a good beta. Maybe after Stiles goes back and kills Derek (since he failed at it earlier, his real cheerfully reminds him) he'll adopt Isaac as one of his betas. ] Nah. [ Carefree wave of his hand. ] He's got this whole ~darkness~ thing going on from when he tried to fucking kill himself to help his dad. Easy pickings.

[Stiles raises his eyebrows at him, looking at the bruise. ] Aw. [ That was probably a little sarcastic. ] What an asswipe. Why haven't you healed yet?

[ Someone is luckily completely oblivious to the creepy but oddly touching thoughts going on through Mirror Stiles' head, so instead he adjusts his jaw, now that he's thinking about it, pain evident on his face at the action but it doesn't stop him nontheless. ] Oh. [ He says that like it makes sense, but... it doesn't. ] Wait, he tried to kill himself?... To help his dad?

[ Still uncertain, he nods slightly. ] Yeah, he's being an asshole. [ Maybe Stiles has had the luck of avoiding Scott. That thought pleases him a bit, from what he can tell, neither Stiles really deserves it... Even if this one is hella sketch. ] He's an alpha. [ Isaac tilts his head slightly, curious. ] Hasn't he attacked you or something? He's going after everyone it seems.

[ Finally he voices the question he's been wondering the longest. ] Where are you going?

Yeah, something like a sacrifice for a sacrifice, I don't know. I don't really care. It made my life easier. [ He says that flippantly, completely ignoring the livelihood of his Real, because ew. No thank you.

His jaw drops, and Stiles stops moving. ] He's an alpha?

[ That changes everything. His golden eyes flash for a second, and the mirror scowls into the feed, then turns abruptly around, doing a 180. ] I'm going to find him. I haven't been attacked by him yet, and that's about to change. Why did go after you--to be a raging asshole?

Oh. [ No, he still doesn't get it. But okay, whatever you say buddy... Does he say something??? He's not sure if he should worry about real Stiles... They're kind of friends, iish, he should feel bad about not trying to stop mirror Stiles... right?

But then that reaction and... what is going on. ] Yeah, which makes me even more relieved that I got in between him and Allison. [ Blue eyes flicker away from the video for a moment. ]

Wait, dude, no, he's dangerous! Seriously you don't wanna get near him, he has it out for anyone Scott is friends with. He'd probably try to kill you or something. [ Wow, someone sounds a bit panicked and worried. ] He attacked me to make Scott suffer. It's why he keeps going after me. Don't go after him, I'm pretty sure he would not have hesitated to kill Allison.

[ Stiles raises his eyebrows at Isaac, his mouth curling up in a grin that's fairly reminiscent of the usual Stiles. ] Aw, it sounds like you care about me or something.

[ But it doesn't stop him from keeping to make his way down the hallway, occasionally sniffing at the air to catch Scott's absolutely pungent scent. He couldn't beat Derek in a fight--which made sense, the guy was a born werewolf, with so much power behind him it was kind of absurd. But Stiles had been fighting with Scott all of his life. ] I won't hesitate to kill him, either. That'd be totally poetic, right? Kick his ass and take his alpha powers that he didn't even earn.

[ His grin grows a little. ] I told you, it's time for a revolution around here. Give me a favor so I'm your knight in shining armor.

[ Jesus Christ. ] I don't want you to get hurt or killed, yeah, you're right! [ He doesn't want either of you idiots to get hurt or killed. Oh god, did he just admit that out loud... He pauses for a moment with a sour look before looking off to the side. ]

How is murdering someone poetic? [ Dear god, what??? ]

[ He's almost tempted to stay he doesn't need a knight in shining armour but then he leans down and what brief glimpse Stiles might get from the communicator it looks like Isaac is leaning down to kiss Allison or something - he is however, merely leaning into closer to ask her to stop Stiles and bring a weapon. keeping his voice too quiet for the communicator to pick up. When his attention is back to Stiles an eyebrow hitches up his forehead. ] You're my knight in shining armour? [ #NotSureIfBeingHitOnOrIfMilesIsJustACreep ] So what, you're just going to take an Alpha on by yourself?

Does that sound like a good idea? How many times has someone tried to get rid of Scott and it never worked out? And that was just when he was a beta. Don't you think you should - I don't know - come up with a plan?

Aww shucks. [ Isaac, Isaac, it's probably best if you don't ask questions at this point. God only knows how his mirror's mind works, compared to Stiles himself, who is probably groaning in agony at what the hell is going on with his life right now.

He turns a corner, sniffing at the air again. ] I'm going to take him on and kick his ass. I've got some experience with it, now. [ He gestures at his nose absently, still healing. ] And unlike Derek, Scott's not smart.

[ He grins again, all teeth. ] My plan is to outsmart him, like it's been since he was a kid.[ And then adds: ] So when I take his power, you're gonna be my beta, right?

[ Stiles you should be groaning in agony because holy shit. Just. Holy shit. He's still stuck on the knight in shining armour thing, because does that make him a princess, Stiles, Isaac doesn't like this. Pls 2 not be implying that. Isaac obviously has priorities.

Isaac shakes his head, frowning a bit. But then, wait, what? ] You attacked Derek? Why? He did that? [ Oh god, does he feel bad for regular Stiles? Can he feel that? But he has to agree, which he feels guilty about - Mirror Scott is kind of not smart. ] He's strong though.

[ He's about to try to offer to "help" or something, try to stall him for Allison to get to him with her werewolf gear - You're gonna be my beta, right? He can't help but freeze at that, while he kind of just stares.

What? You want that? Why? [ He's not sure if he's touched or skeeved out. It's like a bizarre mixture of the two. He's never felt like Derek's really wanted him, and Scott? It's complicated. ]

[ Yeah regular Stiles is still mortified. Maybe he'll just stay in here and pretend this never happened.

As for his mirror, the other version just taps his face near his eyes, like it's the most obvious thing in the world. ] We just had this talk, about crappy alphas, didn't we? Figures you find the one who sucks at it the most and try to pick him off. [ He rubs a little under his nose for a minute, and his mouth turns up in a grin. ] Unfortunately, yeah, so course he kicked my ass. But if McCall's an alpha, then I think my chances just got ten times better.

[ Nonchalantly making his way towards Scott's scent, god only knows when Allison will head him off--just that she certainly will. So the mirror with Stiles' face keeps moving, feed bobbing as he breezes through the hallways, and answers his questions pleasantly. ] You're a good beta. I mean, loyalty could probably use some work--[ flippant hand gesture ] but I'm sure we could work out something. You're not overly ambitious, but you're strong, and can handle yourself.

[ The grin widens to show his teeth. ] For that, I definitely wanna keep you around.

[ ...yeah creeped is the way to go tbh ]

[# That awkward moment when Isaac misses regular Stiles. There was never a need to screech "don't touch me there that's my no-no square" when he was around. ]

You think you can take him? [ It's not meant to be insulting, just curious. ] I guess that makes sense though - Derek knows what he's doing usually. [ There's a small nod before he pops a shoulder up in a lazy shrug. Isaac trusts Scott though - even when he doesn't know what he's doing. He trusts him. Isaac decided already that trying to talk Stiles out of this is pointless, that's why he asked Allison to strongarm him out of it. ]

Oh. Uh. [ That was mostly a compliment... He thinks??? Gosh, he's just going to list that under compliments he never wants to receive again. ] Okay. [ Should he actually say thanks to that??? He doesn't really want to, so instead he takes a page from Allison's book and offers a small smile. ]

Don't get yourself killed.

[ Isaac, stop, you're going to make him like you. Like even more than he already does, which should be kind of terrifying. Stiles nods, mouth quirked in a lazy grin. ]

I know I can. I used to make him chase his own ass for hours, this isn't gonna be much different.

[ He's really not got much longer at this, not that he knows--there's another scent on the wind that's sorta familiar in a way that he couldn't put his name on, that maybe his Real might have known a little better coming nearby, and he looks over his shoulder.

But he gets distracted, and flashes what might be an affectionate smile. Be afraid. ] Well, since you asked me so nicely.

[ Oh. He gives a weak smile in return. How can someone that looks like Stiles be such Peter Hale level of uncomfortable. Idly he wonders what normal Scott would think in this situation... ]

Other than the fact that he's faster and stronger now. He can do all the same stuff Derek can. [ Does it sound like he's trying to convince Miles that this is a bad idea? Well, that's because he is. He's going to get Stiles hurt, and despite them not being friends, and the fact that he's 100% sure Stiles doesn't even like him, he's Scott's best friend. ]

[ Isaac pauses to raise an eyebrow and nod uncomfortably. Yeah, he's definitely afraid. ] Y-yeah, good. [ Stilinski if you're in there, he hates your guts right now. He just wants to stay on long enough to be sure Allison finds him, then he definitely needs to run after Cora. ]

If he - uh - if he hurts you... Call me or something. [ His concern isn't meant for Miles, despite it seeming like it. Stiles in there, and they're pack... or something. ]
