02 / video - WARNINGS FOR GORE, and Lucifer not giving any warnings for gore

Now before I say anything, I want to remind you all not to shoot the messenger.

[Yes, Wonderland, the angel of light is still amongst you- and is making a rare video appearance on the network. Reasons for this will soon become apparent.]

Dean and I never saw eye to eye, but really-

[He pans the camera around as he speaks and...

Squeamish viewers will want to look away.

Apparently what is on your screen is Dean Winchester. It may be hard to tell, unless you are intimately acquainted with his internal organs.

There is a body strapped upright to a mirror in the ballroom, buck-ass nude and with all its inner parts on display. (ooc: that second link is to a drawing of a pig dissected.) The body has been carefully dissected, and the organs carefully pinned in place so that nothing will fall out. Well. Not all of organs, if you look closely. There's a small gap where the spleen should be.

Others have been relocated. The body is eyeless (they're on a chair in front of Dean) and thumbless (they're down the throat). The lack of blood indicates that someone has taken the time to drain Dean of all blood before setting him up here.

Lucifer doesn't seem to mind sharing all this with the network without a warning. One part of a human is the same as another, right?

Instead of sounding pleased - as one might expect from a being who would like to end all humans - his voice sounds resigned.]
I suppose this is humanity for you.

[That was more like it.]

Stay there. If you found the body I'm going to need to ask you a few questions.

[Bigby switches off his device and heads out, his stomach giving a bit of a protesting twitch. He was getting much better but his belly was still tender. He seriously hoped he did not have to go chasing down any suspects but given the fact that's pretty much all he did, Bigby hoped that his body had healed enough to keep his guts from spilling out.

He walks to the ballroom, foregoing his usual cigarette. He wants his senses sharp, especially if he's going to sniff out whoever has done this. He opens the door to the ballroom and is greeted with a horrific scene. Bigby doesn't seem to react - he's done worse, after all.]

Are you the man who discovered the body?

[[OOC: Don't worry! Bigby took it as an attitude issue. It's normal for people to pick on the fact that he's the Big Bad Wolf and the Sheriff now.]]

[Bigby looks the man over, taking in his scent. He's going to need it when he inspects the body. Whoever killed Dean had taken his time, carefully dissecting him which meant he took his time. Even the most careful of killers leave a trace scent behind and Bigby was good at sniffing those out.]

Tell me everything that happened beginning with your arrival. Did you see anyone leave? Was anything out of place? Did you touch the body in anyway?

My nose isn't the only evidence that's worth collecting.

[Bigby growls. He doesn't like uncooperative suspects and right now, Lucifer is a suspect.]

So let's cut the small talk and give me the run down. Then we'll see if my nose thinks you're lying or not.

[Bigby stares at him for a long moment before he nods. He's not picking up any scent that would lead him to believe the man was lying to him.]

Fine. From the looks of things this crime scene has been fairly popular. Did you see anyone move anything? Touch or shift the body, maybe?

[Bigby's nostrils flare and he looks around the room, taking every little inch of the scene into consideration. There is something there... a faint scent though Bigby can't place it.]
