I noticed that. You think there's some method to who they bring in? If it didn't work they wouldn't keep doing it.

I honestly have no idea. Some people seem to have whole groups from the same world. As far as I can tell, no one's home is quite like mine. It's hard to say, though, since there seems to be quite a lot of versions of Earth on top of all the other places.

Well, at least there's one constant. I don't know how I feel about different versions but by the looks of things I've got a few people from home tangled in this mess too. Trust me when I tell you that doesn't necessarily make it better.

You don't need to. Having people I know here means they're just as stuck as I am, and that's assuming we're on the same side.

I've got to admit, it hasn't been great. The last time I was supposed to stay in one place it didn't exactly last long.

I'm never in one place too long. Part of the perks of being an unattached drifter. I don't settle. But judging by the crowds, it looks like we're both in this for the long haul.
