[ooc: tw for body horror/decapitation. set after this. open to fourth walls given this happens the same night as the throne-room party.]
[Peter has no idea how to do this. He's still shaking, hunched in a corner, having tried to contact Bonnie only to get no response, because she's probably just passed out. It's late. He figures no matter what people want to know about this. They deserve to know. He would want to know if someone he cared about here died (ha).
He has seen dead people before. He held his Uncle Ben in his hands while he died. He was there when Captain Stacy took his final breaths, but there is something else- There is something different about stumbling on someone's head detached from their body on the floor after the action is all done in the silence when he only expects to stumble on nothing. It's different to then realize he recognizes who they are, and now he's hunched over his network device, stuck to a corner of his own room.]
If you know Faith, I found her. She died. I'm sorry. Her

Her body is in my room right now. I don't know what happened. I mean she was murdered but I don't know how or who. I just found her. Also I didn't clean stuff up down there but there's blood and stuff. [stuff being his own vomit. he still feels sick.]

[audio to bonnie]
Bonnie? I know you're probably- I don't know. I just-- I was walking down the stairs, and there was all this blood. I saw-
I don't.
There- [he fights the solid twist of his stomach, hand against the wall, trying to get a grip. he's spider-man, right? that's supposed to mean something, right? his jaw locks, and his eyes burn, and a sound escapes him as he shoves his fist into his wall and he sinks to the floor]
A head and a body. I knew them, and I don't know what to do but I didn't-
I don't know. I just wish- I just wish you were here.
[he shuts off the audio feed, tossing the device away and finds a toilet to be sick in before he- he makes the text post for everybody.]

Peter? You in there still?
through the black starless water, and the cold lonely air.
he moves to the door, still wearing what the suit he had on the night before but it has blood all over it, and his hair is a mess, and he obviously hasn't slept. and. his whole body aches from being so tense for all night.
all attempts at being strong are lost when he sees bonnie's face. his expression sort of crumples stupidly.]

Laurel hasn't been here long but she knows a kid when she hears one and this doesn't feel right to leave him to deal with this alone. She doesn't know what to be done about it here, but she can at least comfort this kid.]
I know this is a dumb question, but are you okay? Do you want help moving her somewhere?
[She doesn't know how death works here, beyond dead.]

[Peter knows that won't be believable at all at the moment, but also, he doesn't know how to say what he is or how he feels. He's Spider-man. He just doesn't have his stupid suit on right now, and even if he did, there's nothing witty to say about this. There's nothing heroic to do.]
I got her up to my room. People say people come back after they die here, but I don't know how long it will take or if there's certain ways where it won't work.

[Where did you find her? Where is she now? Cami honestly isn't sure which she means; not when her mind is full of Faith, powerful and strong and seemingly unstoppable, except now she's dead.
She should call Angel. She wants to call Klaus. She should say something more, but what can she honestly ask.]

Sorry. I'm. She was in the mansion at the bottom of the stairs. Now she's in my room cause I didn't know what else to do.

[No names, no explanations. Angel can't articulate any of that right now, not faced with the message Peter had just sent out.
He hits send, but only after tacking on a brief addendum:]
She's my family.

Hey, kid. You okay? You need any help?
[ He knew Faith, he liked Faith he wanted to help get her somewhere comfortable to revive. Somewhere familiar. ]
Text
Hey. Yeah, I'm okay.
I got her up to my room, but I think I left some of her stuff down where she was killed at. I know there was a sword. I don't know whose it is but it's what killed her I think.

So when the message pops up on Steve's phone, it's completely out of the blue. Even worse when he realizes he's met the person who's been murdered. He and Faith had only spoken once, but it had been a pretty memorable conversation. For someone to have killed a person as hardy as Faith, it must have been bad. ]
You might want to look into moving her to her room. That's going to be the easiest place for her to come to. Let me know if you need help, all right? [ Steve's handled dead bodies before, he can do this. Peter shouldn't have to deal with it on his own.
And with that piece of business aside: ] I'm sorry you were the one who had to find her.
[text]
I don't know where her room is at, but that's a good idea. I just don't know how to. Sorry. I mean I've seen people die before. This is different. [because of the whole decapitation part of it all, and it's not just moving a body
it's moving a body and a head. he has a sheet covering her right now.]
Someone had to. Might as well have been me instead of someone who was really close to her or someone who hasn't ever run into something like that before.

It's okay. It's better that it was me instead of someone else.
People have helped. I mean, people who know her have helped. We got her into her own room. It's just there's a lot of blood. People are with her now, but I feel like I should clean it up or something.
Does Wonderland clean it itself?
