[Dipper looks even more frazzled than usual. The stress lines that always surround his eyes are more pronounced than usual.]

So, you might have noticed a really strange transmission that went through? That... that's from my world. His name's Bill Cipher. He looks like a surprisingly well dressed triangle, and he's... some kind of demon, I guess. He can get into your head and mess with your dreams and just be creepy.

[He leans in closer to the camera.]

Whatever you do, don't trust him. Really, it's probably best to run as far away as you can if you see him. And let me know if he somehow gets into your head. I've gotten him out before, I can do it again.

[He sits back a bit.]

...that's about it. Any questions?

Having been in a couple myself, I guess we can compare notes on crazy towns. [Mystic Falls and New Orleans are the ones she speaks of in particular.]

So you go into someone's head where he is, fight him in their head, and ... he goes away? There's gotta be some weird side effects to that. [She's actually not trying to get the spell from Dipper; she's not fond of magic, but that said - if she ever needs Dipper's help with this, she wants to know what exactly would happen.]

This isn't a thing where you're immune to him getting back in a second time if if gets in -- and then out -- once? [That would be too easy but... asking probably doesn't hurt.]

I can very easily believe that and take your word for it. Most days, I don't want to see inside my own head, let alone someone else's. [The part about her head? It's a joke. Mostly. Maybe.]
