[ So, it's been a while since John's put his face out there, but considering the last time (and everything that's happened since), maybe it's not so hard to figure out why. Nevertheless, this suitably fine Sunday finds him taking the risk once again. It's not so much an attempt to be social as much as a way to stay connected without getting too close. ]

Hey, everyone. [ He waves. ] 'Bout a year an' a half ago, me an' the residents of Wonderland — some of 'em, at least — played a get-to-know-you game. It was pretty amusin' so I thought I'd bring it back, maybe add a few things, too.

Here's how it works: I'll says somethin' like, "If you were a superhero..." then you'll answer, "I'd be the Batman 'cause I'm from Gotham, my entire wardrobe's black, and I've smoked a pack a day for ten years, so my voice sounds like this." [ For the last part, he lowers his voice to a near-comical growl. ] Pick somethin' that suits you, or somethin' that's funny, and then when you're done answerin', come up with a similar one for me.

If you wanna play that, I can start us off with an easy one: If you were an animal...

Now, if that's not your game, I've got this totally original Wonderland Bingo card. [ He shows off the image of the BINGO card to the camera. ] Fill it out for yourself. If you can manage a bingo — that's five squares in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally — then I'll personally give you some kinda prize. Maybe dinner, I dunno. 

Finally, if none of those are all that appealin', I'm thinkin' of maybe gettin' people together for a friendly game of Truth or Dare. If you're interested in that instead, just lemme know...

I didn't get a bingo, but I got close...I'm kinda glad I didn't, though. [Al holds up the copied-down card to show precisely why.] I think Brother and Greed would have a fit.

[ He takes a look at Al's card and smiles a little. They'll get back to the game in a second, but for now he's more interested in the card. ] Yeah, not hard to guess why. Kinda glad it's light on the marks, personally.

Like you as a cat, though. It does suit you.

[ Blake sets his phone aside and raises an eyebrow at Crowley. ] That so? Lemme see. [ And he snaps up the card to check out all the dots. ]

You only gotta mark off the box once, y'know. 'Specially this one 'bout me.

[James is too curious. He has to sit and do the bingo card. It takes him a depressing couple of minutes, as he debates whether getting mauled by a werewolf counts as murder before remembering that he's also been murdered so it doesn't matter either way. And does turning into an animal count if you can always turn into an animal? And that nagging text was actually a voice message...

Finally, his card is all marked up and...we have a winner!]

So, I'm not sure if those books count as "discovering a fictionalized version of yourself" since they're true, but I think I've got two bingos anyhow. Does that mean I get dinner twice, or something else?

[He holds up his card for Blake to see, and he does, indeed, have double bingo. The victimized by Dean Winchester square is particularly well marked off, as it's still a sore spot after all these months.]

[ Blake takes the time necessary to squint at James' card before answering. He knows that people that have been in Wonderland longer will have some advantage, but he doesn't think it's too steep. ]

If that's what you want, yeah. Or you can just take dinner for one, favor for the other. Don't mind offerin' that to you instead.

[ And then a thought... ] You're not too far off the four year mark, are you?

[ It's so trippy to have Sam and Kevin responding, but after all this time, it's not all that hard to tell them apart anymore. ]

[ It's probably better she doesn't want to win, which Blake thinks to himself belatedly. Sometimes he loses touch with how crass Wonderland can make a person and he's certainly guilty of being that at the moment. ]

Um. [ Back on track, Johnny boy. ] That really depends on who all we get playin'. Or what rules are put in place. Can't imagine we want anyone gettin' hurt.

It was a joke. Don't worry 'bout Dean, he's a real good guy as long as you're a real good guy. It's the naggin' guy you should worry 'bout.

[ He is not even going to touch that game, but Blake has hung around long enough that keeping on vaguely friendly terms with him might be a good idea, so Philip decides that the least he can do is send back a copy of Wonderland's fun bingo times.

And really, the only thing that still genuinely surprises him now is how many times he has apparently moved rooms in the last four years. ]

I've got one, but my dinners are better than yours anyway. I'll have another by the end of September.

[ Wait, wait, wait.

Blake squints at Philip, checks out the copy of the man's marked up card, and then... squints at Philip again. He isn't quite sure how to react to all of these realizations at once. Adding a "murdered" square to the sheet had been a gamble in its own right, so he suspected not everyone would use it even if they could. Interesting to see it here.

There's more than that here, too, isn't there? It's actually a lot of information for Philip to offer up, even if it's all very vague. It brings up questions. Like why does he move around so much, hm?

And then the dinner thing? It's not quite a boast the way it's presented, but it's close enough to catch John's attention. Strangely, he values Philip's opinion of himself in this case because Philip doesn't really let all that many people get close enough to form opinions of their own. Plus, he's tasted Philip's cooking, so... ]

Another bingo? Guess that means you're cookin' me dinner. Great prize, right?

[He recognises the speech pattern and accent, but he isn't quite sure why and despite his best judgement, he's answering the video anyway out of sheer curiosity.]

I fail to see the point in any of these exercises. I missed a consecutive five square run by a single square on that strange chart of yours, so perhaps another time.

Were I an animal... I suppose the answer your are seeking has to do with which creature I would align? A fox. In many cultures on Midgard, the fox is often depicted as a trickster spirit. That is the most suitable answer. I am to pick a question for you of the same concept?

Could you control any element on your planet, what would it be? [He doesn't get the point of this game, but perhaps the answer as to why this man is familiar will emerge in his answers.]

[ Blake doesn't comment on the card but does wonder which areas Loki marked off, as well as where his near-winning streak is drawn. But not everyone likes to share, so fair enough, fair enough. ]

Well, I'm guessin' from your precision with that answer you gave, you don't mean whatever kinda abstract element I wanna choose, but just in case I'm makin' too many assumptions, I'd like to control a person's will to do good.

Otherwise, I'd pick carbon.

What Wonderland picks and what we might freely choose for ourselves could be diff'rent. Maybe not in my case, but it's possible. And not as likely as gettin' a naggin' text from me, obviously. Seems no one's spared these days.

[ He offers a dramatic wince, but he's not the least bit remorseful. ]

Well, I don't smoke anymore, and I generally wear a belt-belt, so I thought maybe people'd call me out if I mentioned that fact. But it's good to meet you Zatanna. Are you always so literal?

[ He's never met the young lady, but from what he can tell she's a doing okay, which is always his first concern with new faces in Wonderland. ]

That has got to be the crappiest game of bingo ever, man. [And a shitty way to learn just what he has to look forward to in Wonderland. Neal's already gotten a lot of the spiel, but he's got more reason to be concerned than just himself. There are kids here, namely his own son, and he's not exactly eager for Henry to see this.]

That has to be one hell of a dinner to be worth it.

Well, the dinner's just kind of a... consolation prize. In the strictest sense of the word. But really, I'm a hell of a cook, so even if it's a raw deal to get a bingo, at least you're guaranteed a hot, edible meal made by non-magical means.

[ As it stands, Blake's prepared a card for himself, which he holds up to show her. The amount of time seems to have less to do with it than expected, though there's something to be said for the fact that John tends to run face-first into trouble at every turn. ]
