Okay, so since I've arrived, there was the mirror thing, Halloween in the middle of summer, that one that I'm not talking about, and now we've got something straight out of a Disney movie.

[She's counting on her fingers in the video, not that she needs to, there's only four things. But it gives her something to do and helps her try and act like she's way calmer about this than she is. Plus, it also helps distract from the fact that she still doesn't know how to feel about that last event. That was weird.]

Things never stop happening around here, do they? I guess in one way, it sort of makes this place feel like home, but if Wonderland would like to give us a break, I wouldn't mind.

[And yes, she knows everyone would probably like a break from Wonderland. That's why she's laughing about it. Because that's just not how these things work at all, right? Everybody wants a break, and they just never really get one, outside of the downtime between stuff which is never as much of a break as you want or could use.]

Anyways, if you guys need help moving people or anything, let me know. That's about all I can do. I mean I'm pretty sure I'm not anyone's true love, so you're definitely out of luck there.

Do we have a number for how many have been affected by this thing? Or are we just hoping for the best that they'll all wake up. As reassuring as these tales about a lack of harm are it doesn't seem like anything's been done to fix the problem. True love's kiss? How story-like.

And while we're at it is there anything else anyone wants to explode? ( Don't think about it Shepard ) I've accepted that this place will try to kill us or drive us mad but no one said we'd try to do it to ourselves. Guess I should have expected that too.

[You can almost certainly bet that this video took Bethany a good while to set up even with Sam's lesson about the communication device, if only because it seems as if she's composed herself in front of her desk with a pile of books that are quite obviously arranged to be visually pleasing. If one is going to try and appear studious, one might as well put a good deal of effort into it.

She has a few moments of pause before she speaks into the camera, eyes flitting to the side now and again as the perpetual kitten-and-puppy team frolic on her freshly made bed behind her.]

...ah. It's come to my attention that there are some people here whose worlds are quite a bit less magical than the one that myself and many others come from, and that these same people may wish to learn more about magic and the way that it works -- in Thedas, at least -- so that they can understand it, and perhaps shed some light on whatever magic it is keeping us here from a -- different perspective.

That being the case, I would like to open up the idea that I might perform a sort of lecture on the subject, to be hosted graciously by the organized magical study group here. I would like to get a good idea of who might be interested in such a thing, and just how much information people might be looking for. A single lecture is, of course, too short a time to do much more than graze the surface of magical theory, but for those more interested, I could certainly commit to a series.

[All right, maybe she's missed teaching. The lecturing was only a part of it, of course, but taking on magical students in this place was something she'd have to think on at least a little more unless she's prodded about it.]
